Avocados - 2 more ways

Okay, so I absolutely love avocados and so does everyone else I know. I just need to learn many ways to eat them. I have blogged about them before here. That post was about 2 ways of making avocado dishes - on toast and guacamole.

We bought some avocados recently at pasar malam and they were cheap - 5 of them for RM10, so RM2 each. Here are another 2 ways I tried eating avocados today. Sorry about the bad lighting in the kitchen. I didn't bother to photograph them properly as I was hungry.

1. With an omelet.

My mom made an omelet with long beans yesterday. I heated up the leftover omelet and ate it with half an avocado! It was yummy and nutritious. I would like to try avocado with egg another time. Maybe a fried sunny side up! 😃



2. With condensed milk

Ok this was unexpected. Liam told me about this. He said thats how he ate it before. I wanted to try it but thought it was weird. I usually eat my avocado savoury. But I tried it and it was surprisingly yummy! It tasted rich and moist. Yum! So simple too...


Anyway, hope these give you more ideas how to eat that perfect fruit. There are still 2 avocados in the fridge, I am so lucky!
