Had a tumultuous week, kinda blogging was the last thing on my mind. Been putting off making this chocolate mousse cake which was easy enough but came with its own challenges. It was a mess in appearance but the taste was not bad. Really chocolate-y. Kinda ugly delicious.
It didn't set well. Was kinda rough around the edges and messy. Had to eat it with a spoon. Sloppy. I got the recipe from Cooking Tree, a really lovely YouTube site. It is actually ASMR. So relaxing to watch but hard to copy! They make it look so easy but I suppose the maker is a pro baker. I can't compare. Amateur.
We also had a nice Sunday dinner. My mom cooked stewed pork and sweet soy sauce chicken drumsticks. The veggie was square beans and there was veggie curry from yesterday. It was a delicious dinner.
Here is the recipe from Cooking Tree. Enjoy the video. It's great.
