For my birthday, I made my own birthday cake! I used a vegan recipe. It was a mango cake and we happened to have a lot of mangoes. It was simple and easy to make. This is the recipe. It substitutes the butter with oil and the egg with mango I guess. It worked! The cake turned out legit and nice too.
We put mango cubes in the centre and dusted it with icing sugar and some sprinkles. The sprinkles wouldn't stay put and rolled off.
Anyway, it was a good try and I am glad I made this for my own birthday cake. It couldn't have turned out any better!Labels: cakes, celebration, desserts, vegan
