We made another trip to Melaka last Wednesday. It was great... we got to indulge in more durian and eat to our heart's content. Durian was eaten every few hours, and packed into boxes to bring back. Kong Kong was very proud of his durians. The durian seller even came to his house on Thursday morning to pick up durian and paid Kong2 a lump sum. My mom, the adventurous one went to pick durian from the ground several times a day, helping out Kong2.

Let's not forget about the other fruits! Kong2 has different fruit all year round. That's how he can make money as a farmer. Below are some of the other fruits in season. Pity the cempedaks weren't ready. Although we already have a lot of durian to eat to keep us occupied.

Overall, it was an awesome trip. We came home with a car load of produce! We are slowly enjoying them now. I think I will be a happy vegan these few weeks. It is always nice to check up on my grandparents too, and they love us to visit. My mom even has yams and veggies she grows that are from Kong2's farm! We are always happy to expand our little garden!
