We had some bittergourds from my grandfather's farm recently and my mom found a nice recipe for Indian style bittergourd chips! I love those... we always have them when we eat rice at mamak! They are so tasty. They are drenched in spices and deep fried to perfection! You can get the recipe here.
Anyway, these were crunchy and flavourful. There are several spices in there like coriander, cumin, tumeric and fennel seeds. Then, we had this with dhal curry from the night before. Below is the dhal curry. 😋
