Avocados are my favourite! My mom bought 4 of them from last week's pasar malam for RM10 for 4. It is cheap as they are big avocados and nice ones... really good quality! I waited for them to ripen then put them in the fridge.
So yesterday for my lunch I made avocado toast... OMG it was soooo good! I sliced half an avocado and put it on margarined toast with a sprinkle of kosher salt. The avocado was so creamy and gooood. My brother suggested eating it with vegemite... oh wow... that would be awesome!
