This was my lunch. My mom cooked dhal curry last night. It was super yummy and I ate a ton of it last night. She put in lentils, carrots, tomatoes, onion, ginger and red chilli, and the spices were tumeric and mustard seeds. Basically you boil the dhal in water until soft.
I ate it with bread and it was super yummy! I hope to eat it more often now that I am a vegan. Looking forward to playing around with vegan recipes soon!Labels: home cooking, meals, vegan
