A few days ago, I moved my furniture around in my room. I consulted my friend Adia about this and she gave really good suggestions! She suggested changes in the layout, like the position of my bed, desk and dresser.
I tried a few of her suggestions, moving furniture around at night time, probably causing lots of noise but my parents didn't mind. Her first idea was nice, but the second was even better. Below is the final outcome. I really like it.
The bed is now in the corner, not in the middle of my room. This way it looks more cozy. The dresser is on the left of the desk but I didn't show it as it is messy at the moment. Then I cleared a corner at the foot of my bed where I can place my car boot sale or flea market things. I also have a clothes rack in that corner where I can hang up clothes I want to wear or not sure I want to get rid of. Once I hang it like that, I get to see it and better decide if I still want it or not.
This is my corner in the day time. The windows let in sun and it looks bright. The scarf on the rack was given to me by Diyana at the car boot sale. It adds a pop of colour and a cute finishing touch. I love how it turned out.
Anyway, it looks better in real life than in the pictures. I am really enjoying my new room now!
