I have some new plants that I have put in my room. Below are the plants. 4 of them my mom potted for me and one was bought from Tesco. I really like them a lot and they make my room feel so fresh!
Of the succulents I bought last time, one has died. I think I over-watered it. I am only meant to put a few drops of water every 2 days. But I put too much as I ran it under the tap.

Back row - spider plant and snake plant
Front row - jade plant, aloe vera and money plant
Only the jade plant in the brown pot is bought. Thanks to my mom who potted the rest of the plants for me. We had them already in our bountiful garden!
Anyway, I hope these plants don't die on me... I have to learn how to care for them. Some, like the snake plant don't require much light or water. The jade plant needs more sunlight and less frequent watering.
The money plant and spider plant are quite hardy and the aloe vera needs more sunlight. I have to take my plants out into the garden once every few days for sunlight and I need to find out how much to water each plant. My remaining succulent looks ok. I shall try to be more careful with it.
I have a good selection of indoor plants now... I hope they live long and healthy and don't die on me!Labels: decor, garden, plants
