I am inviting my friends over next week for a baking session. We are gonna make lemon cheesecake. Wow, it's gonna be such fun. I really can't wait! We are gonna be preparing the cake and when it goes into the oven for about an hour, we are gonna watch a movie at home. My friends like romantic comedies so I have a few suggestions lined up.
Anyway, today, as I am not working, I went to the supermarket Giant with my parents. I grabbed some snacks for when we watch the movie. My friend suggested the potato chips and I have some dark chocolate in the fridge. We also both agreed on nuggets and sausages that we can bake in the mini oven or microwave. Yummy!
Above are the snacks I bought. Clockwise from the left they are First Pride brand chicken nuggets, Mr Potato chips original flavour, Ayamas brand cocktail sausages in mushroom flavour, Wise cottage fries potato chips in sour cream and onion flavour and Jacker potato chips in tomato flavour!
We also bought other snacks to keep our family occupied so we don't steal the snacks which are reserved for next week! We bought Double Decker prawn crackers, Twisties and Mamee noodle snacks. These would go well when I am watching a TV series or movie on my own.
I will probably be baking again this weekend. I brought my 2 previous baking projects to office the past 2 weeks. Both the cheesecake as well as the cups. Will be interesting to see what I bake next! Thanks for reading!
