My Weight Loss Journey

So, the last time I did this weight loss type post, I was around 68kg. I consciously exercised and drank detox tea and tried to do intermittent fasting, limiting my night time eating.

Now, I have let myself go the past couple of weeks and I ballooned up to 69.9kg, almost 70kg. Aww man... what a backtrack. I slid all the way down the hill and all my work was gone in a matter of weeks.

I attribute this to eating during the day as well as mindlessly eating at night. It is so easy to just sit in front of the TV and munch at night. Since I started work, I have been up earlier and somehow I got used to eating during the daytime as well. So I stopped intermittent fasting and am hungry and eat during the afternoons. I also stopped exercising frequently. I only work out like 2-3 times a week now and even when I do, I don't do much. Just strolling on the treadmill for 20 mins. 😖

So I let myself go and now I have to rein myself in again. I will try to contain this mess and get back to well within the 68kg range again. I am glad I don't fluctuate that much due to water weight and don't fluctuate more than 1kg. I maintain my weight well usually and don't gain or lose weight easily which I don't know is good or bad.

My constipation is still there and I still need detox tea to have a bowel movement. Maybe I would seek help with that. It's not normal. I eat fruits almost every day and still have problems with regularity.

Anyway, I will try to keep myself in check and hopefully I will have a good result to show in my next weight loss journey update.
