My weight loss journey and bloodwork

My current weight is 71.2kg. That's down from 72kg in February. Of course my weight yo-yoed during the period in between also. My BMI is 26.1 so I am slightly overweight. A BMI of 25 and below is considered normal. A normal body weight for me would be below 68kg.

I have not been doing much about my weight. Not drastically anyway. I just try to eat more fruit and vegetables and sometimes do intermittent fasting. Meaning I go without food for breakfast and lunch and my first meal is dinner. I also exercise lightly around 2-3 times a week on average. I do yoga, walking on the treadmill and aerobics or HIIT videos from YouTube.

The thing that keeps me from losing weight the most is my supper habit. I always eat after dinner. Whether it be fruit, chocolate, bread, leftovers, nuts or other snacks, I do eat 3-4 times at night after dinner. I guess I should prepare fruit and veggies in a box to eat for supper. I also have to cut down my intake of cake and other desserts. I have to stop being such a foodie! Well, in moderation anyway.

I recently did some blood tests and I found my blood sugar is excellent and my cholesterol is very good. So nothing to worry about there. But, my good cholesterol is low. I would have to increase my activity levels to bring it up. I am actually quite healthy despite my weight. Just not very athletic. I can't do push ups.

I hope I stay on track to get my goal weight of 68kg! Below is a photo of one of my fruit boxes.
