Today my mom cut up some mango. I took the opportunity to make myself some pudding with the mango.
It was so easy to make and tasty. I like it. You can also make it with coconut milk or evaporated milk and honey, sugar, or agave nectar. Or any sweetener you fancy.
I also experimented with photography. I set up a table with a white lamp to photograph. So my photography style will be different now I hope. Better than before.
Here is the recipe for one portion -
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp condensed milk
A bit of ripe mango, cubed
First, soak the chia seeds for at least an hour. When the water is absorbed and the chia seeds plump up it's done. Then add the condensed milk and stir. Top with some cubed mango. That's it! Simple!
