My weight loss journey

I am currently 72 kg (down from 73kg at CNY). I am considered overweight when you look at my body mass index. A BMI of 25 and above is considered overweight. Mine is 26.4.

A healthy weight for me would be at maximum 68 kg. So I have to lose 4kg. I will still be chubby but normal. I want to lose more weight - maybe 10 kg - within 6 months. So I will be 62 kg.

So I will start tracking my weight loss progress. I will diet, be more Paleo, and exercise - cardio and weights. Maybe some yoga or bodyweight exercises. I hope I can say 6 months later I have lost significant weight! Not easy.. but doable!
